BOWLING GREEN, Kentucky - A Uzbekistan native, in the United States on a visa, was arrested for allegedly ordering merchandise from the Internet on a stolen credit card, Kentucky State Police said.
Valijon A. Bobokulov was taken into custody Friday when he picked up merchandise valued at $600 that had been ordered over the Internet using a stolen credit-debit card belonging to Jane Smith of Scottsville.
