Hello to everyone.
A person asked me to check about the recent changes in legislation concerning moscow lawyers( advokati). She said that she heard there had been changes in legislation concenring moscow lawyers and further they would depend on Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Is this true? Could anyone of you share with information related on this issue, please?
