No, the board is fine just as the "musorka" it is. Isn't the whole point of the Flame board to flame people? The only reason it exists is so people post their "musorka"s here and keep other boards clean. (Although that hasn't happened yet).

Просто нужно людям понять что не надо создавать темы которые расжигают национальные или меж-рассовые и этнические конфликты между участниками форума ! и строго наказывать тех кто не "умеет" понимать етого.
Будет меньше головной боли для администрации, модераторов и для благо самих же форумчан.

The whole reason for this forum is that people may discuss topics "not liked" by the government, on this most liberating of all mediums. As long as we respectfully refrain from using cuss-words and personal attacks, REASONABLE people should not be offended merely because someone has an opinion that is not exactly, 100% like theirs. And if someone is so thin-skinned that they want to ban the discussion of Uzbekistan and President on Uzbekistan Forum, I don't think they have business socializing with REASONABLE adults. Such people should work through their issues and come back to the forum when they are mature enough.

I can't get the reason why you asking that. Because, once you did something never regret about it. I think you have two reasons to ask the question. One is that people asked you to close. The second is that you don't like the content of the section. I don't think the first reason is the one that made you ask us(users). You close the topics, you clean posts with corse language, and now you want to close the only section where we could write whatever we want. I don't understand one thing, if someone or a group of people doesn't/don't like the particular section why they don't stop visiting it?!
Do whatever you want, whenever you want. As I understood the forum is your privacy. And, you constantly "inform" us about it. Wouldn't it be better if we could forget that forum is yours, and that there are some moderators? Like, you were abroad, you saw many modern cities. And did you notice anywhere half as much police/militia as we have in Tashkent? I hope you liked it. So why not to create conditions similar to modern cities?!

Hадо называть вещи своими именами. Ты просишь МегаЗ кастрировать форум, т.е. лишить форум его основной принадлежности - обсуждения политики Узбекистана, включая Президента. Эх, Алеек, а про свободу слова не слышали?

Did I ever say that this forum is my private? For me, this forum is public - noone's private place. And how do I constantly "inform" you about that? I try to administer this forum as much as I can by adding features and controlling the content. If you don't like it, you can vote for another admin and I promise, I will step back and give admin privileges to that person.

Well, you never said that, but as I said before you "inform" us that it is yours by closing topics, banning users(kiyovtura), appointing moderators and etc. About administering by adding new features, I never complained which means that as a user I'm sutisfied. And, about chosing another admin, writing your lacks I didn't mean that you're not good. What I wrote was, in my opinion, your mistakes. The mistakes, from my point of view, may simply be difference of our comprehension of democracy. For you it's simple majority rule, while for me it's partial represantation of everyones will. What I mean? By asking people their opinion about closure of the "Flame" you show that you're at least somehow a democrat. But, if majority of users agree with closure, you most probably will close the section. And, what I think is that you are wrong. I think even if majority votes for favour of your proposal, the "Flame" shouldn't be closed. Because, I think that majority that wants at least the section to be moderated or closed, already has so many moderated sections. And we, the minority, who's against closure or moderation of the "Flame" and the forum altogether, at least should have our own section with no censorship. The moderation and administration of the forum is fully your business. Sorry for interfering into your business, in future I'll try to not do that because I can see that I'm almost the only one who's always complaining. Besides, most likely in a short period of time I'll not have a chance to visit the forum. I just advised ;)
