Dear all forum participants, moderators and personally MegaZ!

I lately see that some topics has been deleted, removed or locked. And as the reason for closing them are “many requests of forum participants”, another name for these requests is russian word jaloba (жалоба). Jaloba is one of deadliest weapons of Stalin invented system of Repression, what is widely used now days by our “democratic” system.

As examples of this are prohibiting of all billiards clubs and closing all night clubs at 11:30 PM. Why "they" closed them? Because there had been some jalobas of some people that had been beaten up in nightclubs or some of people lost money in billiards. Yes some people had bad experience in these billiard or night clubs. But what is the fault of the rest people deprived of their favorite enjoyments?!

The tyrannical system uses them everywhere. But a lot of people had worse experiences using cars, why not to ban to use them, too then?! I know when a bus stop on useful location had been moved, just because of constant jalobas of mentally ill "pensionerka"! But it is rather theme of another topic.

There is only good cure against jalobas in civilized systems that is court.

What would it mean in this forum?

I would purpose to use most fair system used by human kind by far – trial by jury.
In simplified and advanced version for virtual age!
Simply explaining - let’s say somebody for some reasons does not like any topic.
He (she) can put in poll question.
But the person provoking the “trial poll” as well as poll participants shall be member of this forum with a rank not less then “ryadavoy”. Because anybody can open thousand “new members” and mess up the idea. Plus all poll participants shall comment their vote. Not commented voices shall not be counted. While two weeks (or so) of trial the topic shall be open! The majority of votes wins! The topic then is only locked, because the lost side can open another poll for re-locking the topic! The judge of this "trial" shall be some moderator (counting votes).

But of course all posts not related to Uzbekistan or topics having “explicit (mat) words shall be respectively moved to “Flames” (only!) or deleted.

I think this way we will have fair system of posting handling. It would be small Democracy in this forum, instead of this vicious stalin invention - jaloba :)))!

What do you think people?!

Isn't that you who has "warning" already,and is that your business to warn Seige for some things he posted?
You just seem obsessed with just an issue of Seige-existance in this forum. It just so sickening reading what you write every time,and i'm sure i'm not the only one who thinks so.

MUHLIS, you really are one irritating patriot. Initially, I thought you were a cheap patriot, now I am starting to believe that you are a real Uzbek patriot. But you seem to lack the ability to be patient and value other member's opinions. Imagine if you were the president of Uzbekistan, you would have to deal with very negative opinions about your country from other countiries, and you cannot just tell them to piss off, instead you have to value their opinions and use these negative opinions as oppurtunities to find shortcommings and fix.
Why don't you just provide enough evidence to support that Siege's opinions are absolute lies. Accept Siege as an opponent, not as an enemy. And for your own sake, stop using words that are used by uneducated people. You are studying abroad, and one would expect you to be very intellegent, and above all to have manners.

To add to Mr. Potatokiller's post: true good manners is not when you are polite with someone you like (that should come naturally), but when you manage to remain polite with someone you dislike (that takes practice and a very strong personality). Although many of us are guilty of rudeness (myself not excluded), all should strive to be better participants of this forum - remember, you can have a strong opinion and still manage not to curse.
