Hallo dear advisor. Thanks for valunteering your time to answer my question. I really appreciate it.
Right now I'm at 12th grade of US High School in WA under one academic year the FSA Flex(Future Leaders Exchange) full scholarship program funded by US Government Agency American Councils. My GPA is 3.7-3.8 and my current grades are all A's. I'm really interested in Business and Politics. This is the secong exchange program I have participated in(th 1st was SSEP ACCELS). I can speak, write really good in English, Uzbek, Russian and Tajik languages. My pre-Toefl test score was 500 out of 500 (100%). I'm eager to learn and apply the knowledge into life, but the only problem is my family doesn't have finances to provide me a US college education which i think is the best education i can get. It is very expensive, but hopefully I'll get some scholarships, work hard. Anyways I really want to get the education and I'll be very thankful to you if you'll help me to find it. I can even sign a contract with University to work for them after graduation.

There is no way, anybody is gonna pay for your school for you sweet words and 3.8 GPA, or for doing 100% on some pre-toefl thing, which is far less realistic from what real TOEFL is. Trust me, there are millions of smarter kids and still pay for the college themselves.

Now this is hilarious!!! What makes you think a University wants you to work for them afterwards, with no guarantee you being a successful student at the University as well. I went to HS in the US, I have a 3.9 GPA (one B in American History class, my teacher was a real racist-bitch). Now I am a student, and believe me on this, HS is nothing when compared to University especially with 25,000 students. In HS I never studied for my classes, here at the University I have to bust my arse to get the grades I want.

The point is, if you are looking for a scholarship, get up and do something rather than sending these ignorant emails to Universities. Yeah, i guess it is true; screw your IQ when you are a "street moron." If you know what i mean!
