Тебе какие с какой тарификацией нужны?
по мне, я всегда покупаю с посекундой тарификацией и без платы за коннект.
при выборе, всегда быбирайте те карточки которые не берут деньги за каждый коннект.

I use Noblecom too - so far so good. As for the connection fee plans, they make sense if you talk for a very long time each time you call (30+ minutes), since they have lower per-minute rates.

I use my mobile phone from UK to Uzb. I get 25 minutes for every 10pounds(15USD) not bad.

712 Tashkent code if the number you are calling in Tashkent is 6-digit number (old ATS)
71 if you are calling 7 digit number (new ATS)

Nope, 71 is no longer available. They've changed it to 90 or 91 or 32 one or the other.

I still use 71 and it works just fine, for me anyways. I can't reach Chirchiq with 71, but cell phones work perfectly. :)

Nope, 71 is no longer available. They've changed it to 90 or 91 or 32 one or the other.

So how do I call now for 6 digit and for 7 digit? or it doesn't matter now?

Tank, I am not sure whether the (71) code is still valid for usage from US, but I cannot use it to call home from UK. My parents were telling me that it has changed, but I forgot what they said it was (sorry too many numbers in my head these days). But I know that 712 code is still valid.
