My point was to direct people's attention not to a current vogue in Uzb, but to a very essense of people being in dire straits. Therefore, if you read it carefully it says that there is a poorness is paramount, which means to say to majority of people the vogue is not an option. Even if I live in US, I do care about people in Uzb b'se it is my country whether you like it or not. Before you start barking, read between lines and try to comprehend. Dead end, huh ?
