i was just wondering....if a user uses proxies... how would you ban him ?
or may be you should do something about it.

I think a slick way to do is to put some stinky cookie on that person's machine so that the server can detect/smell from miles away :D An average user wouldn't realize what's going on.

Delta, well, if a banned user uses a proxy I'll start banning those proxies as well - there is no better way.

basically, you are saying you can't ban, since the number of proxies countless....one website may have over 400 proxy links :)
I would simply disable the proxy access, since you are not having presidential voting going on here.

Delta, you can't disable proxy access. There is simply no way. Most proxies don't even identify themselves as proxies.
