Who is Vladimir Radkevich?

[B]I am a uzbekistan football fan from china.I very like uzbek team,shatskikh,kasymov,ashurmatov....I want to ask a question to uzbekistan friend.Who is Vladimir Radkevich?He is play for FC Rotor in russia.He is a very good player.And I know he is play for Neftchi Fergana before go to russia,but why he never play for Uzbekistan National Team?
Is he doesn't love homeland or for else?I hope the friends from uzbekistan can answer me,thanks!

Liu he and many other players from Neftchi are not playing for National just because "officials" in capital "do not like" whem. However, when Uzbekistan won the first place in Asian Games in Hirosima (the only remarkable achievment of our national team in 11 years of independence), core of the national team were from Neftchi.....
But who cares? None ;) Soooo, what can we do? Just go-go Pahtakor...and that is it :D. We need only one leading team, because we do not want to develop and improve our soccer, we are afraid of competitions. As long as we beat Chinese Taipei, Mongolia, Oman...as long as capital team is wins everybody is happy :D

Once he played for Kirgizstan's junior team. So he'll never play for national team of Uzbekistan. It's not related to our "officials". In Hirosima core was Kasimov, Shkvirin, Maksudov. Others were in second position. We've seen how can play Neftchy players during 97-2000 in world cup elections.

I meant core of Uzbekistan were they too in Hiroshima. They were players of Pahtakor that times. They are players of Uzbekistan.
When Radkevich was junior age he played for Kirgizstan's junior team in formal match. Then they came to Uzbekistan. After he didn't play nor for Uzb neither for Kr. During 2002 WC elections our officials tried to join him to our team, but rule is rule. He also wanted to play for Uzbekistan. When Kr team managers called him to Kr, he refused to play for Kr.
