I cannot visit forum.uz from my office (141.209.127.*)
( mojet i k lutshemu :) ). BUt I have no problem
surfing other sites. But I can conect the forum from anywhere on campus (141.209.*)
(Right now I am visiting teh forum from one of my hosts' comps )

So what is the problem?

Well, somebody was scanning the server from that range of IPs, which is why I banned it :-)

Plus, some guy from Germany (University of Bremen) was screwing up with smtp - saying he was a hacker ... He was a lamer instead :-) Banned the whole university.
