lately the quality of phone-cards from justphonecards.com had deteriorated. From that website I used pacific-sunshine until june to call Uzbekistan, then switched to Cardinal, but the quality became unbearable. Just yesterday I discovered another vendor: materbell.com. The cards are not bad. good quality and accurate billing.

although I liked justphonecards (they gave me cards for credit when I ran out of money on my ATM) I think I will use masterbell till the former becomes better again.

yeah , you are right, justphonecards.com rates are not as chear as they were before, but still, they got the best deals for phonecards that i could find in the internet, anyway, i m still searching for a better one.........

P.S. i also use Pacific Sunshine, although it says that you have 55 min for $5, but the maximum time you have is approximately 42 min....
