I know there are some tournaments for women played in Tashkent.
give the girls chances and they will rise to the top (they are top in other sports, so why not Football?)

The FIFA ranking system favourites the teams that plays many matches, Uzbeikstan has a big disadvantage to the European teams, Uzbekistan is way much better than #110 :D
