We're closed by most ISPs in Uzbekistan. The interesting thing is, when EBRD meeting took place, forum.uz started working perfectly everywhere. As soon as everybody left, they shut it down again :-) Funny, hey?

da, mnogie ISPi zakrili dostup, daje cherez proxy ne vozmojno zayti... cherez DNS virubili... poetomu cherez anonymizer toko vozmojno... http://all-nettools.com/tools4.html =)

yesli vi v seti Uzpak'a, to proxy ne pomojet, t.k. vse redirektitsya na ih firewall. a firewall uje znayet, kuda puskat', a kuda net. prichem oni zakrivayut ne tolko izza politicheskih soobrajeniy, no i chtobi dobit' konkurentov. naprimer, http://www.vse.uz ne otkrivayetsya cherez uzpak (da i vse, chto lejit na tom servere), hotya tam nichego politicheskogo netu...
