Streaming Webcam in Tashkent

I posted a similar suggestion a while ago on this forum, but nevertheless, decided to post it again. What I was wondering about was an idea of our fellow forum members perhaps setting up a webcam in Tashkent ? Perphaps if not streaming but a snapshot mode would be quite fine as well. May be some ISPs in Tashkent likely be interested in promoting their services (sponsoring the bandwidth and webcam) ? Do you guys think it is a plausible idea or just something that will never take off ? Just as a reference, feel free to visit the site and enjoy the scenic views around the world:

eBouncer, same question, same answer - not enough resources :-)

I really would love the idea of a webcam in Tashkent...talked to several friends in ISPs, but they all keep saying the same thing - no money! The biggest problem is getting a webcam in a good location. The second biggest problem - bandwidth!

va tsentrdagi I-net kafe manimcha Skver yahshi o'rnatib qo'yish kerak...

To'g'ri, web camerani olib berish muammo emas. Ammo, O'zbekistonda internetga chiqish narxlanishi menimcha tarmoq harakati bilan o'lchanadi. Bu esa agar web camera 24/7 toifada ishlasa, unga ketadigan mablaq' anchaga tushishi mumkin. Fikrimcha, web-cafelar o'z xizmatini reklama qilishi borasida web-camera tarmoq harakati xarajatlarini o'z bo'yniga olsa maqsadga to'g'ri kelar edi.

eBouncer, buni faqat I-cafelar bilan emas, balki providerlar bilan ham gaplashib ko'rish kerak..hozircha toshkentda bitta vakil topish kerak..keyin sarkorgami yoki boshqa providerga hat yozish kerak...manimcha go'zal Toshkentni dunyoga ko'z ko'z qilishga hech kimni gqarshiligi yo'q

eBouncer, man aytmoqchi bo'lganim providerlar bilan, kelishib tashkillarshtirish kerak....nima dedilar...providerlarning contact adreslarini bilasizlarmi?

Oz IP adresi bilan ishlowchi WebCam lar bor hozir bozorda unchalik ham qimmatmas. Faqat joyini bilish keray qaerga qoyishni i kim shunga ruhsat vberishi mumkin, bunda ancha odam foyda olishi mumkin, chunki har qanday web site ga traffic kotarilishi natijasida.

I am new to this forum and I am going to Tashkent in the summer. I would be happy to try to get one of the internet cafes set up a web cam. Is there anyone that can give any suggestions of internet cafes or any other advice on this subject. Thank you for your help....Jim
