immigrant,
Dear citizen of Uzbekistan returning home after 2 years
1. Have you ever withdrew money from ATMs/Bankomats using VISA, Master or some other cards? What is the charge rate?
Personally not. Use good old cash as you've been doing before
2. What are the minimal requirements to become a customer of ABN Amro?
Check their web site.
3. What could you advise me in talking to custom service or bringing in goods?
If you're really citizen of Uzb you surely know what to do.
4. What is the best way to bring in money?
Money transfer. I wouldn't recommend to have bulk of cash
5. Is it safe to transfer EUROs to foreign currency accounts opened in NBU?
I haven't done that yet so I can't tell.
6. Do you know particular banks where I can exchange foreign currency to Uz Soms without headache?
Most of them are the same, headaches are all around.
7. Is it possible to get VIP status in Tashkent airport for arriving person officially/inoficially? and How?
Money usually buys everything. There is not much of difference between VIP status and ordinary one
8. Any security procedures?
Yes like everywhere else but with little twist.
9. What is the cost of high quality shoes there?
Unfortunatly I haven't bought shoes there for a long time
10. TOEFL exam schedule?
Sorry don't know. Never been interested.
11. Any necessary tricks to use?
I can't recommend any ;)
PS.You've been away just for 2 years hopefully you'll not have any major problems

immigrant,
go to search and type ATM. I wrote two post with exact fees and comissions.
Re: ABN-Amro - they do not have a retail banking service (maybe exceptions but not for uzb citizens).
NBU is the most connected bank and Business bank isn't bad either.

P.S: Eurodan ko'ra dollar oborgan ma'qulroq, ikkalasi ham bir xil tushadi almashtirganda, farqi bo'lmaydi uncha. Faqat dollarni ko'p joyda tezroq almashtirishingiz mumkin bo'ladi keyin.
