Some forum enhancements

For some reason most of the polls were gone during the database conversion. I re-imported the database and fixed some import script bugs, so the polls are showing up fine right now. Some very old posts (from 1999) contained links to smilies and tags that no longer exist. Fixed most of those, but some might have been left. By the way, if you want to view all threads (the current forum view limits you to posts made within the last 30 days), you can simply select "beginning" in "From the:" field in Display Options. The "archive" category was merged with the appropriate boards and is now removed from the main view. I have pulled all post icons, smilies and avatars from the old forum, so you should be able to use them without any problems now.
