Spoken accent differs a lot. Also between others e.g. Scottish, Welsh, New Zealand as well.

There are also some minor spelling differences e.g. colour->color, s->z, etc.

there is also another word that is spelled like 'shite' in australian language, that is completely nonscence here.

another diffference is AU, American English Dilaects are very hormonic in speech, but British one.

written language differs a bit. in America, you write anesthesia, in England you write anaesthesia.. The pronouncations also differ. "Either" is read in America as "I-Other", but in England it is read as "E-ETHER". English also tend to use several words of Latin origin whereas Americans don't know Latin much so they prefer simpler words and acronyms.
