US warns of Uzbekistan attacks!

Apparently, there is a terrorist attack threat in Uzb according to this article posted on BBC's website.Hopefully it won't happen again but who knows :?

The US says it has information that terrorists may be planning attacks in Uzbekistan during celebrations for its Independence Day on 1 September.

Since we need that just should prevail in Uzbekistan, so there are two ways;
1. Political - peacefully settled like in Georgia or
2. Military coup - through violence like in Tadjikistan.


So let's pray for the first one, if our praying is not sincere and powerless so second variant will knock you door. Anyway srengthen your faith and look forward. And don't worry there are alot of brave ones to cover somebody's a*s, it's included in the service free of charge. ;)

I just remembered a meeting we had at University in Uzbekistan with Korean representative of Daewoo corporation. He talked a lot of what must be done in Uzbekistan: that we must work hard, learn a lot, pay attention to Science etc. As he was talking he said that he did not understand why there is a need to spend Billions of money to make a big Celebration of 1st September when there are a lot of people who is unemployed etc. The dean jumped out of his seat and asked him to stop and let him to continue instead of him. The Deam made an excuse that he would tell us in Uzbek way to make us understand :) I still remember the Korean guys face ...

Well, this warning is given every given uzbek holiday to American citizen. You may search bbc or other news website for this. The website of US embassy in Uzbekistan had this warning on their first page. Just a warning. Their state department is saving their a$$ from extra complaints. Because some american may sue an official for "not warning my cat would blow in uzbekistan by a suicide bomber". you know what i mean. just like the case with the cat and a mircowave oven.
