Remembering & Fogetting

I've never done cognitive psychology, or any brain related subjects in my life.

Time to time I foget where I put my stuff and cannot recall it. It is very dangerous, especially, at work when you manager calls you and asks for a report and you don't know where you put it.

1. What is the cause of this "fogetting?" Why this happens?
2. What is the best way to fix the memory and recall something you fogot?
3. How can one improve his/her memory?

Focus, i guess thinking about too many things also may cause to forget specific targets, or may be you fall in love.

You just have to be more organized, you know. Keep those little notes in your personal organizer or your PC will do it neatly for you if you've got the proper program. The worst thing in humans is that we overestimate ourselves thinking that our brain can handle so much information whereas it doesn't and then we are stuck remembering about the report duedate being today not next Monday (oh, you always think, i'll finish it up over the weekend ;).

prosto, skorei vsego tebe nujno uporyadochit' svoyu jizn'. v tom plane, chto zavesti kakoe-to opredelennoe mesto dlya kajdoi veshi (yashik ili papku), i starat'sya sledovat' zavedennomu poryadku. a tak, eto normal'no, u menya u samoi postoyanno veshi propadayut, i mejdu prochim, ya ix naxoju vsegda tam, gde uje sto raz iskala (prichem uspevaesh' i obidetsya i obvinit' vsex vokrug;))
