Hello
Even if you give him your credit card number he won't be able to buy things, altough he can pay for a study abroad. Using credit cards requires a lot of information these days, like your address number, postal/zip code, and last three digits of a long number at the back of the card. And usually people deliver things to your adress where the card is registered.

HHNonsense, Hamid.
If u want to pay via credit card, all u need is ur card number, name and the expiration date. And they will deliver goods to the address u want them to deliver.
There are some more fields for filling, but the paying process requires only those three fields. If u buy ticket online using ur card for somebody:U will need to go to airline's closest location (or just airport) and show them ID proving that u r a real owner of the card, credit card, and the e-ticket number.
All I said above, is based on experiense..

Hi there,

Hey Ham, she's absolutely right. To use money from someone's CC you just have to know CC's 16 digit number, expiration date and yea, sometimes they ask for last three numbers of the back side number of your CC.

Hello

It is not like this in UK anymore, i work in a rtail part time, we should get custoeemr's card number, exp date, last 3 digits, postcode, and house or flat number, then on the swipe card you type in all these data, then it says data matched and authorised.

Here in UK most companies don't deliver to address where the card is not registered.

P.S. Almost buy everything over the net here.

Hello
such a stupid system. Do u mean if I am in my friends house for a week or two, I cannot order a pair of socks, cuz They will send it to my house?
Ridiculous. Man, I am in the states & not familiar with UK rules. But I bet u r mistaken. This would make credit card using very inconvinient. What If u want to send flowers to a girl in another town? Would they send flowers first to u, so u can forward them to her? It is so ridiculous. Check it out, u smell to be mistaken :?

Yeah that's true here in UK . They even ask you landline phone number if you buy stuff online. :? However, it's possible to have billing address different from delivery address.

but I was shocked to hear that if u buy stuff online, the delivery address is the one which is shown on the credit card. Tell me it a mistake
