Insuffient-kam
Somewhat insufficient-biroz kam
Adequate-etarli. limmo lim ( when you talk about a water/sand in a jar/container)
Excessive-oshiqcha
Somewhat excessive-biroz oshiqcha
No opinion- firkrim ojiz, bilmayman.

SUN6500,

Excessive does not mean "tu'la" at all. Compare:
1.My library is full of foreign literature - Mening kutubhoham chet el adabiyaitaga/bilan tu'la
2. My library is/has excessive (of) foreign literature - Mening kutubhonamda oshiqcha chet el adabiyoti bor.

Somewhat is translated as "biroz" where as "almost" is translated as "deyarli."

Happy New Year!!!
