I do not find these words insulting. And to give warnings for that is too much. U could have just give warnings for saying "idiot" which is not better.

Plus, "sart" is not a slang word.

Well some people do find those words insulting. By saying 'idiot' it doesn't cause nationalistic/ethnic outrage. But, by calling people 'harip' or 'mambet' could result much bigger effect. Mere fact that these words carry extra meaning in ethnic/nationalistic context.

Не могу согласиться: тот же самый "nigga" может дать постороннему за такое слово по фэйсу... Так что в одних устах эти слова звучат невинно и по-родному, а в чужих по-нацистки и оскорбляюще..

About making peole show their age, I don't see any value out of it...believe me sometimes you talk to people much older than you and you feel like asking yourself how in a world this type of people exist..well that what makes us worth living sometimes.....
About insulting using offensive words..I think we should look at the context and situation it was used, I don't think it would be right thing to give anyone warning just because he or she was in a bad mood and used some harsh words regarding TO ISSUE NOT A SPECIFIC PERSON
Sometimes though I personally really wanna use my f.. headed beautiful English speaking knowledge on some individuals here , when they try to prove say who is sart and who is not or who was the one rided donkeys and who was the one had a horse...well in fact I do consider myself much smarter than them I don't want to go down up to the level they are, because no matter how much you knock on the wood it will sound the same-)
But one advise to Admins I would really recommend to watch on some shofinistik and racist remarks made by users based on any nation
