They sell the best phone cards to Uzbekistan. I think the latest card was about 40-45 cents per minute without any surcharge.

i mean if you are calling from a cell phone or to a cell phone there are diffent types. But when register they will call you and register you with any phone you give them, the phone u use is not important here.

that is how phone systtems work in the UK, you always pay more to call mobiles here. I don't know why, but these people know how to earn money, tehy count every single penny, so in overall they earn millions.
try not to call mobiles here, and numbers which start are like +44870, +44845, +44906, +44871, they sometimes charge premium, can vary upto 2-3 pounds here, which probably will charge you the same.

You know what, go to uniontelecard.com, then click from NY to Uzb., unlike from the US to Uzb. So you ll get simply eastern one for 5.5 cents per minute. Nice deal, is not it? try guyz, good luck
