Dear forum adminstrator & users!

Firstly, it has beed good job of yours to keep a virtual community here, where I and some of my friends come to read your posts.

The forum used to be informative and entertaining place to surf. Unfortunately, the last couple of weeks it seems to be flooded and misused by some of your guys/gals.

Where are users: Mona Lisa, spoon, Smilik, Incognito, Janibek & Karei, elDoraDo, fox, WASP, Ali, Vostochnaya who used to help to enlighten the forum pages?

Thanks to those : Crazy Diamond, referee, Asadbek, Maroon, Mamothy, stanford, uki, var, Desperado, Elegance, JoJ, The Reaper, Dil, uzbekistan2006 and people like them, your forum is keeping somehow the quality of worthiness (though, the lowest IMHO). My big begging from Adminstrator is to bring the old (2004) moderators back, or to replace some of the dead-boring, useless moderators.

My sincere appretiation to all above people.

Samandar, I personally think moderators are not the problem here - it's all of the forum participants that make this forum what it is today.

This is second time when I notice that users asking where the hell am I. I am HERE! Although very busy with school and work.
Dare to answer for other users in the list. Smilik is here, you can see her posts everyday. Incognito probably have registered her 1000th new nick and now pretending to be old pregnant lady with 7 kids whose husband (who is MUSLIM) left her without any means to survive. Mona Lisa in Uzbekistan and can't access to the forum. Fox is busy with his diploma and Vostochnaya left us.

Frankly, the forum is dying ! it is a fact. People are leaving, and there are many useless and pathetic members.
Forum regulations suck. Moderators suck. Users suck. People became angry and selfish. People who didnt like it, left. Threads became the pathetic image of copy and paste mode, where member cannot even come up with full page of his own ideas. There are no argumentations. There are no opposition ideas.
Also there is no respect. No moral. No cooperation and consideration.
Latest not normal regulation is in picture gallery, it used to be free of moderators, now u need to wait untill they approve it.
I thikn when Megaz was only moderator it was fine. Asadbek is fine i guess.
Moderator board choose WASP the moderator, the guy is not even online. Moderator board choose moderators, its not right, users choose moderators. Users make another users to choose them.

I agree with you. The forum is not exactly in a great shape, however it's not exactly winter when people prefer to stay at home. It's summer and many of us are back in Uzbekistan or somewhere away from our school/college cities. That being said, this is the time of the year when forum is just filled up with outdated topics. I, hopefully as much as you do, would like forum.uz improve.

This forum has a great potential to become a major source of information and entertainment for Uzbeks in the future. However, at the moment I would like to hear some constructive criticism on what you would like us to change in the forum's rules and regulations. Thanks.

Some moderators come very seldom, once a week, let's assume. Can other moderators warn or ban the user who is flooding the Board with no moderator at that time? If so, I would beg all the moderators to give straight 3 warnings to every single offtopic.

If this was indeed suggested by me (although I don't remember when and why) then its my right to modify it. Firstly not all boards need this approval but only some. Such as Uzbekistan problems and Obshiy forum. Secondly it must be prerogative of moderators not council to approve the threads. And we should implement it if and only if moderators agree to do this job.

Mogul when he says flooding he means no more than 1 post a day , unless some users post more than one a day.That's is called flooding.

I'm sure that it is not the fact that the forum is dying, because of the participants are still discussin'.

BUT! You should define some items. What do Y'all expect from diz Forum, youknowhatI'msaying (sorry for my French :) )!

And don't critisize some participants, because first of all this is fault of creative groups (or may be some other managers). Cuz everyone has a right to participate in forum or ignore.

Nevertheless, forum gives different possibilities and should move foward.

Why? You CANNOT regulate stupidity.

So what if you get an approval before opening a thread? If someone shat in user X's bowl of cornflakes, he'll bust balls regardless of a thread or a subject.
Plus there is type of users called asshats, who lurk around, perform major brainfarts, and simply look to stir some shit up.

In short, f*ck this whining. Leave it as it is. I'm sure the Admin and Moderators can take care of matters themselves.
