Megaz, pochemu forum.uz nachal ploho rabotat, server chto-li slabiy? ???
Ochen trudno zagrujaetsya ne tolko pri traffice 40-60 kb/s, no i pri 100-150 kb/s

the administration seams to be very friendly;) , the site is really good.

What about creating entrance page for forum.uz ?
new vistors could want to have a general idea about the forum ( boards, rules, policy, etc). The entrance page with short general information could attract more visitors.

for example the entrance page could look like
http://www.umid.uz/Main/Discussion/discussion.html
with some more interesting info that will create a nice mood for discussions like a photo from umid site. ;)
