So, I propose to participate on that by registering your web sites that you create under any nomination. Choose any topic and create your site. And one day when it comes to vote by Commettee, you will replace your first page with one of the posters in w_w_w(.)stopKarimovOrg. It will be unexpectedly!

You can also create it with even Word or PowerPoint. There is Microsoft Front Page, which I recommend highly for beginners.
