Moskva, Madrid, New York, Paris shahrlarini 2012 Olipiada oyinlari musobaqasidan chiqarilganliklari uchunmi ?

- Agar shunday desak unda bu portlashlarga kim sbabchi bolishi mumkin ?

- Tashqaridan biror bir davlatmi ?

- Agar shunday bosa unda MOC 2012 Olipiada oyinlarini Londondan boshqa joyga kochirishlari mumkinmi ?

- Yoki London uchun ham Terorchilarga qarshi kurashda ajratilishi kerak bolgan mablagdan olish uchunmi ?

Here is what I think:

1. If competetors of London for Olympics had planned these blasts, they would have done it before, not after IOC's decison.

2. I am too far from blaming one exact country on this. Although, in general, terrorists are definitely getting support from governments of some "rogue" countries.

3. Moving Olympics to another city will not be even considered in this case. That would be a big scandal and sort of a concession for terrorists.

4. What kind of funds you are talking about?
IOC might increase the amount of allocation for tighter security during the Games in London though.
