If you are umidie and want to be in Chirchik soon, try as soon as possible to obtain nostrification certificate for your diploma. (The office for it is in 9-story Kabmin building in Independence Square)

This year mandatory prerequisite documents are - Your diploma and that certificate!

The army starts somewhere around August and September.

Actually, those were pretty damn good days :) Well, those days I hated them as well... but now looking back at what was happening I miss those days... :)

I, in turn, wanted to add/do some corrections/info.

***Umidie sensitive***

well, nostrification office of DTM is located in the 12th floor (you will see arrows pointing to the door, amazing huh? ) of administrative building thats in the midst of independence square. (not KabMin, Kabmin is the one thats on the north side of the square, newly resurfaced with golden-colored windows ;) )

nostrification, as our pal over in the office informed, should take about a week. (max)

make sure u have a letter from umid (u will get it when u turn in harakteristike from work in UMID)

get you diploma translated and certified in YAKSART.
