I am appauled by the slackness of some moderators who are very quick to give a warning and very slow to reply to your explanations and appeal! Would 4-5 private messages get moderator's attention, or is he not bothered about forum users' feedback on his actions?
In my view, moderators have a right to warn forum users in exchange for their responsibility to be fair and just, and this means to abjudicate and sometimes retract warning provided there is a good reasons for it. Can I, as a forum user, have my right to appeal moderator's action, or is it one way street in this forum?

P.S. Moderator in concern would know what I'm talking about once he goes through PM...
