New Moderator for Turkiston forum

Dear Forum users as everyone has already recognized Turkiston forum is not moderated enough to keep the forum ethic rules.

So I will suggest to appoint new moderator who will help to Pax in moderating. I think Pax have not got time to control all threads cos abover mentioned forum is one of the most active used by many turkish forum users.

for me best choice will be Uzbekhonum:) who will balance moderating with Pax!

Waiting for your comments and hope forum administration will take appropriate measures to solve this problem!

I am very ssory, Silbermond. But I don't have enough time for that. Although I speak Turkish it will be difficult for me to be a moderator 'cos I didn't practice this language for a long time. One more reason - I'll be discriminative regarding some users 'cos they got me very angry in some threads.

Anyway thank you for your respect and recognition of my personality.

Yes indeed, due to some circumstances I had no constant access to the internet for 3 week or so and the forum was unmoderated.
Now that I'm back (not sure yet for how long, though :P ) I'll be in charge.

But still I do agree a second moderator would be improve the moderation of Turkistan Forumu. I don't have any objections to Uzbekhonum, all the more so she has such a cute avatar :cool:

thanks for no objections but avatar isn't the most important. I think that you should initiate a process of finding a partner for yourself in moderating the Turkestan forum.

Oğuz says that it's not necessary to add a new moderator cuz Pax can control the forum. Plus, the Turkistan forum is mature enough and know how to control themselves without a mod.

My comment: If a new mod's needed, oğuz will be a good choice.

But as far as I know,I suggest Oguz or Aykiz.Oguz is really a "moderate" guy,and Aykiz is a potential dictator,and under her pression,all the rules will be hypnotized as a military way.If Aykiz knew a bit Uzbek language,I would suggest her as admin.LOL

id like to vote for Uzbekhonum, english is also fine (for me tough) to moderate Turkiston forum. Turkish isnt a must for me...
