How have the government, people, youth and various other groups in the country reacted to Globalization and New Technologies and how have they made us of them? Globalization - not necessarily economic.

There were no impact of either of them. New technologies, are you kiddin me? step out of Tashkent and you will see how many cities have internet connection in uzbekistan? Globalization is a broad concpet, even if you narrow it I can still prove that it does not exist in uzbekistan.
