This madman now shares his ideas about credits and investment?? After Uzbekistan became indebted more than 4 bln (starting originally with 0!)... Failed investment projects (Sugar plant in Horezm, Numerous textile factories, huge credits to Havo Yullari which aint paying off)

The target points of economic development are further reforming of agriculture, achievement of GDP around 6-8%, stabilization of inflation rates within 5-7%, increasing of non-governmental ownership share in the industry up to 80-85%, carrying out reforms in the capital, construction etc. The introduction of the national currency convertibility, as well as the structural reforms led to significant economic growth in the country. The activity of economic entities is on the rise with their share at the local and foreign markets further expanding.

No matter how u call him, idiot , moron or sth else, he is still ruling the country :D , and probably will for another coulpe of years, or just gonna put someone close to him :) . If you guys so smart ,why don't you write a book or sth and show your intellectual potential ahh? :D Or even try to rule such a big country no matter how you do it, good or bad, still need a lot intelligence and brain. This guy was smart enough to keep 25 mln population dumb for 17-18 years now ah? What you say? :P

Yes, GDP growth is essential, but calculate it per capita, and you'll sea that it's not good enough. About inflation rate: I know that inflation rate has declined from about 22% upto 2-3%. No! Nima evaziga? Markaziy bank so'mni qisishi evaziga erishildi. Aholiga maosh, nafaqa va boshqa to'lovlar berilmadi. Banklarda pul yo'qligidan, korxonalar ishchilariga maoshini naqd pul o'rniga mahsulot bilan to'layapti. Haqiqiy qadimgi dunyo!:rolleyes: Mamlakatda xususiy mulkdorlikning o'sishiga sabab esa IAKning qizlari hamda ba'zi bir amaldorlar davlatimizning bor-butini "sotib olyapti".

soglasen s tem chto kak bi ne nazivali ego i kak bi ne proklinali on vse eshe u rulya, jiv i zdorov, no ne soglasen s mneniem chto he keeps population in dumb, prosto nash narod bolee dorojit tem chto u nego est' i boitsya eto poteryat v smisle semya deti itd, itp dlya nego bolee dorog mir ( v smisle tinchlik) chem dostatok.. ( tipa "ish qilib tinchlik bolsin..") and this makes me sad.. :(

Первое что мне пришло в голову. Как вспомню каким усердием мы штудировали Каримовские работы, аж тошно становится. Если когда нибудь это книга попадет мне в руки то точно поставлю её в секцию "бред сивой кобылы".
