today when i watched the turkish news on tv i was amazed because they showed a report about turkish mummys! the seljuk sultans get mummifiest (sp?) after they died.

and some ottoman sultans also! they said that that was a turkic tradition which they brought from central asia.

And now i'm searching for information about that do you know something about turkish or turkic mummys?

Those mummies are in Amasya, Turkey.
You can visit Museum of Amasya in Turkey. There are also some mummies of Danishmend Dynasty there.

mummyfication exist in shamanic religion, they found several "tombs" with mummyfied bodies in old caves at siberia.

Bakma i think you did a little mistake by adding "Turkish" mummys in youre tittle (you know all that blabalbala about Turkish being a citizen from Turkey). If you can change it to Uzbek mummys, then wait and see what happens...
