Actually, it is just time zone effect. I know about more interesting fact took place in 80-90s. It was airflight Paris - New-York and aircraft was Concorde. When people flew on that flight, they would had come to New York 20 minutes before time when plane just took off. Real time machine! And it isn't effect of timezone, it happened cause of Concorde's speed was faster than Earth's. Cool! :)
