Health Insurance for international students

I don't have Health Insurance right now. My college does not really offer any good rates for us. I am in NY, i don't know if it matters, but who has what kind of insurance? how should I search? what is best(I mean in terms of $ and will cover lots of fields of medicine) ? how much u pay per month/per semester? what part of your expenses will it cover, I mean how much u still have to pay? thank you

We use AIG assist Marsh Affinity group services. It was $40 per month for 9 months. The deductable is 150 dollar and then insurance covers 80% of everything including pharmacueticals. For more details call Gulnora.

Deductable means that you have to pay first 150 dollars when you visit the doctor. Lets say you have a stomach ache you visit doctor. The total visit will cost 120 you pay it all. Later when you go to doctor and if visit costs 60 dollars you will pay 30 dollars and your insurance will cover 80% from remaining money, that is 24 dollars.
Yes you can call Gulnora from Nebraska. She knows about insurance much more than I do.
