I would not expect you or other forum members to have formed principles or values that will last for a lifetime. At least not at this point.

My thoughts in my original post were more about lack of integrity among many world leaders, politicians and all other people making important decisions which affect other people.

That's why it was originally in the 'problems and solutions' section of the forum, until a moderator has moved it here.

Интересно, и каким же это местом данный топик принадлежит форуму "проблемы и решения"?

Если исключить абстрактные ассоциации возникающие в глубоких и затаённых уголках серого вещества г-на Крейсера, то данный топик не имеет абсолютно никакого отношения к форуму "Узбекистан - проблемы и решения".

I was a moderator too in this forum and I do know some rules. I can't judge you - as you are trying to do your job.

But also, I know where to post my posts. Instead of helping to moderate an exchange of ideas you are going after me personally. Fine. I can discuss this elsewhere or not discuss this at all. take care.

1. Are you familiar with thoery called "path dependency"? Probably you're. So people do form basic principles but they modify bits and pieces of it as they go along.

2. Basicly those politicians/decion - makers also ordinary people like you and me. They just have some extra tools and power to make greater influence on people. Yet they are inviduals with individualistic views, they act, behave, and do things which may not solely directed for the good of majority. But instead who influences them most and how they react to them . That's my view anyway :)
