S.A. dorogiye!

I do really need your informative advice on my case. I have lived quite a bit years in US. For a couple of years now, I have become out of status. Tried as much as I could to adjust that freaking "status" (sorry my French), too sad, didn't work out, because of "lack of experience", I was 18. Always feared to get back home, simply, thinking I might not come back to US.

Now , decided to make a brave step. Planning to return Uzbekistan. Could you , guys, please give me your advice what precautions I should take before leaving? I am still hoping for the best, getting granted somehow to return to US!?

many thanks,
little one :(

We can help you, but best thing to do, is to ask a attorney.
Get a free consultation with him/her. Belive me, they know better then we do.

If u go back to UZB and try to get new VISA , ur chances are almost ZERO ,
But u can try to "Fix" it while u r in US!!! But Still it'll be too hard!!!
P.S V Us ne nado igratsa s Immigration statusom , prosto tebe nikto ne tronit , mojesh spokoyno nelegalno jit , no kogda nado budet delat vse legalno u tebya budut bolshie problemi!!!

Handle all your immigration issues in US before leaving.
Hire an attorney and do it.

Attroneys quite often don't know everything what other people know. For the most part, they try to hold one longer promising they ll be surely handling the case. Hurreeee, patience, money, promises.....promises....

Uvajaemiy Prince,

A u vas est' osnovatel'nie pricini na visheukazannoe? Mne prosto interesno.
Dumayu budet vernee esli sformulirovat vashe predlojenie inache - If u go back to Uzb and try to get new visa, u have almost 90% chance.

Little one,

vi ne popadali v removal list?
How have you been admitted to the US, on which visa? Have US authorities ever taken your biometrics info?
I have sent you all instruction in PM;)

Dear, Camellia

Thanks for taking time to respond for my posting. No, I have yet to be put to the LIST. Also, biometrics checkings weren't even existed when I came to US. Is it going to give me any credit? :(

The whole process of getting a US visa seems like luck to me. I think it is getting tougher every day. If you have employment lined up before you try to get a visa it would be easier.

Also - no country lets in people to their country unless its to their benefit. Why would they want you to come here if you wouldn;t help the govt. We have enough people here not doing anything.

You have couple options. Marry US citizen, apply for political assylym or have your job sponsor you. Otherwise it is impossible to get your visa renewed since it has expired. Also, if your visa has expired and you are going back to UZB my attorney said you will not be allowed to re-enter to US from 5 upto 10 years. Furthermore, obtaining visa in UZB is impossible, at least that is what i hear. Good Luck...
