I am outsider, so pls don't reply in Russian or Uzbek

Uzbekistan always elimated in final round or play-offs in World Cup qualifiers. But they are strong team.

Does Uzbekistan have professional league? if yes, when did they launch?

how about in other Central Asian nations like Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan?

Uzbekistan has a professional league. It is the strongest in central asia and Pakhtakor is one of the best teams in Asia. They have were in the semifinals of the asian champions league two of the last three years. The league is very very top heavy and their are only two to three teams that can compete. I know about the kyrgyz league too. It is not very strong and is probably semi pro. What do you want to know?

Uzbekistan has professional corrupted league called "OLIY LIGA'' or (porahorlar va tanish bilishchilik ligasi) since 1992.. Top clubs are Pakhtakor, Neftchi, Mashal, Navbahor, Nasaf...

we have everything to improve our football, young talents, not very bad bases, confidence... But we have to clean our system from corruption and bribery. Due to economic, political issues in Central Asia, Soviet Union based football infrastructure has been almost destroyed... not many years ago in soviet times we had central asian derby between Qairat - PAkhtakor, Pakhtakor - PAmir (Dushanbe).... ah what a nostalgie :? bularni hammasi yoq hozir.. nol futbol NOL!!! Pamirni uzi Muhsin muhammadiev bilan JApanni 5:0 ga yutgan...
uzbek side is still the strongest among the former Soviet Republic nations who have joined Asia, Uzbekistan has not been able to fulfill the promise it has shown in 1994. Nevertheless, WE are still among the top six national teams in Asia after IRAN, KSA, KOREA, JAPAN and Australia.

ana shunqa gaplar :)

Uzbekistan is a country of hell! And everithing in there is just not real and
looks like unstable. For example if u here the policeman living for the money which is give by government, is not never true. The same thin in football ligue in this country. May it is true Pakhtakor is being chempion for too many times just because the Tashkent have more than 4 million people. and young of course they have young talented players too.
Now my question to are so interested about players in Uzbekistan, I can gaurantee that in that country have at least one talent that can bring down any players in the world who will try to compete whith, but he might have no chance to play in Europe. So if u are Scout try to get them out of that country as quick as u can because they all going to be grabbed by some strong clubs really fast.

Unfortunately, the Kazakhs have better organized and financed league than Uzbeks. That's why you see more and more Uzbek players participating in the Kazakh league.
