Regex for nyc.rr.com ?

Just wondering if there is a redirect that has been put in for nyc.rr.com ? I can't access forum.uz without proxy server, it plainly tells me that I do not have permission to access '/' .With proxy server I have no problem. Would you please, premove regex that has been put in against nyc.rr.com

Sorry about that. There was a person on forum with multiple nicknames and he was extremely annoying, re-registering every time he was banned, which is why I banned the entire network. I guess it was not a good idea - I didn't mean to block your access :)
