You might want to remove the sound and drop the framerates - it constantly buffers the video. I'm sitting on a dedicated T3, so there is no problem with bandwidth.

LoL. Once I called a customer service of uniontelecard.com and the guy with clearly heavy accent replied on my call. He sounded like an Indian or Pakistani... like that Pakistani guy from the Simpsons, Apu. He said "Hi ,my name is Michael Andrews. Can I help you?" I was stunned. Later, my friend explained me that they use American names for Indians, Pakistanians, and other nationalities who work at customer services. The are several reasons for doing this, as it was explained to me.

P.S. Actually, I also paid attention to name Jon on Habib's page. But I guess, Jon is his associate and Habib simply missed conjunction "or".

now, if you can not see video,that means either you do not have compatible software or component installed in your PC.

webcam was down only for 15 mins. it has been running for a whole day.

How long it will take to become a US Citizen once you get a Green Card?

Will the process of getting USC will be interupted or prolonged if one goes study abroad to overseas country for about 5-6 months.

Ok, in order to be elegible to become USC,

1. person must be a LPR and must have lived in US for 5 years or for 3 years married to USC and lived togother.
2. Person must have good Moral character
3. Applicants must be at least 18 years old
4. has resided continuously as a LPR in the U.S. for at least 5 years prior to filing with no single absence from the United States of more than one year;
or has resided as a LPR married to USC and resided together for 3 years.
5. Make sure person did not commit crime, gambling, prostitution,polygomy, tax evasion,smuggling illegal aliens into the United States, kidnapping and harming american citizens and all illegal activities which US Constitution prohibits.
6. Speaks english and knows the American History and Culture.
7. Respect and obey all laws of US. Pay Federal, State and local tax
8. If you are between 18 years and 26 years old, be sure register at Selective Services regardles your status in US (even illegal immigrants must register except, F-1, J-1 students if you are not out of status)
9. Healthy (HIV, Aids, TB may cause your application getting rejected)
10. Accept this country as your own, be always ready to join Army bear arms for the Armed Forces of the U.S. or perform services for the government of the U.S. when required (In the event, if forein enemies attack American soul and citizens)

A: Yes, you have to take basic english test unless you have resided in US for more then I beleive 15-20 years or older then 60 years old. I am not sure check with BCIS (http://www.bcis.gov) official website.

A: This is like, if you compare to our systme, Voenkomat, ebery male who are between 17-27 must register at Voenkomat right? same way, here in States every person must register. For more info who must register with Selective Service, please go to SSS.Gov (http://www.sss.gov/FSwho.htm)


Q:Even if you go to college/university or have a decent job?
A:Only international students who hold valid status and attend full time school may not register but as I have said, go to government official website to get accurate info. This is what I know and have experienced.
