about Kirgizstan and Kazahstan, those government support only Government funded scholarship programs. If student studyin abroad independently, i mean financially supported by relatives or foregin College then government of course will not support financially. Moraly......i dont know. I am studying with student from Kirgizstan and his government didnt do anythin, he came by himself, and Kirgiz embassy ask him pay 50$ every year to registred in embassy.

I would like to disccus the uzbekistan's support for their students who are abroad right now and trying to get the best education that they think its best for them and for thier future.!
I personallay annoyed from this , because our country is not supporting the uzbek students who are right now in abroad and trying to get education at what conditions that its not known. In contrast to this our country is expecting us to work for uzbekistan government and so forth! Of course we should work for our motherland and thank our parents so on and on. but the point is here our government is just expecting from us a service for them. I cant give a mean for this.
They just expect thats all they do nothin apart from that! why? I'm wondering ?
I expect from my country financially or moraly to be supported as every country does for thier student! for example: Kazakhistan,Kirgizsihtan,Azerbejan and even Afganhistan supports their students financially and moraly.
To sum up , I'm wondering ur opinions about this subject...
Are you ''Umidichi''?
If you expect some help from government, then you end up with nothing, do build your own financial and moral support, try to be independent from this government...

yep u may be right !you even don't have any necessity financialy! but not every one is same as you are! in abroad like not lots of ppl could mange to study with the scholarship. I personnaly got a scholarship from University.
I mean that uzbek students who have scholarship in abroad like there are not more than 50 st. So its not too hard for our gov to support us financialy.

I'm independent, but u know the mother land is diffrent place for people who born thier . I personally feel a miss of sth in me. so its somewhat our duty to work for our nation in some periof of time.
So expecting is not bad thing Thanx To God I do not need any support!
But when u look at Uzbekistan its much better than Afghanistan and Kirgizizstan why they could support and ours could not? the point is here
