It's good question... two months ago I've sent some presents and they haven't got it yet. I know one logistic company in UZB that deals with europe quite well. The name of the company is Globallink.

It weighs about 20kg and a very fragile thing.

Only DHL or UPS..no economy on money if it's medical devise and

fragile, I am sure it's worth of all expences

try to talk to pilots or stewardesses flying from Uzbekistan Airways.
I'm very sure you can negotiate with them, they are guarantied and cheap though. They'll not refuse you, if you offer some money, they're eager to deliver your parcels. for your case, this is best way, you can send by Dhl but it is very expensive.
