most countries citizens can buy visas at the airport. When I was there I didn't see Uzbekistan listed though.

Uzbeks can not buy it at the airport.They already changed it few years ago.I learnt it the hard way.So I would suggest you apply for your visa in the US or wherever you are.

Yeah , thats what they told me on the phone ( uzbeks cannot get it at the airport) , but "British" can :P

And Uzbeks have been taking advantage of it.It's better to go to Turkey than Russia.Turkey is full of Uzbek people who have become illegal long time ago.
Kyrgyzistan,yet another republic that didn't even need visa to go to Turkey.All you needed is a Kyrzyz passport,but they changed it as well.
