At the time being, I am in Denmark.
I would love to purchase a book about Turkish cuisine, with practical implementation examples and rich illustration.
Unfortunately I am unable to find one here, in DK.
I searched through amazon.com, but the results were not satisfactory.
The thing I want to ask you for , is the source, from which I could buy the book, preferrebly in Turkish.
If you were so kind to share the information with me, I would be more than happy.

maybe its lil bit late but I would advice you one pdf material. Here Turkish language is explained in German language (with full practical examples and more..)
