صادقت المحكمة الاسرائيلية العليا اليوم الاحدعلى قانون يمنع الفلسطينيين المتزوجين من اسرائيليين عرب( عرب 48 ) من العيش في اسرائيل. ورفضت المحكمة بستة اصوات مقابل خمسة طعنا قدمته منظمات للدفاع عن حقوق الانسان في هذا القانون الذي اقره الكنيست (البرلمان) في تموز/يوليوالماضي.
ووصفت المنظمات هذا القانون على انه "تمييزي" و"عنصري" ، فيما نددت به بشدة منظمة العفو الدولية ولجنة الامم المتحدة لاستئصال التمييز العنصري. ورأت الاغلبية في المحكمة ان الفلسطينيين "ينتمون الى كيان عدو يشكل خطرا محتملا على امن اسرائيل"

the israeli martial court accepted today -sun/05/14/2005- alaw material banning palestinians 48-regions from living in -israel-"occupated regions of 1948", and the court rejected the rejection submitted by ahuman rights organization with -6 votes against 5- "was voted in the parliament -KNESET- in the past july."

organizations described this law as -Discriminative- and -ethnic-, AMNESTY and UN described there rejection for this ethnic law .

I guess that has been Israels policy for as long as I remember: getting rid of all Palastenians in the occupied area, by means of physical force and moral attacks by the means you posted above.

UN has already become a figurehead, nothing more. I don't rememer a single conflict they have solved successfully. What do you think is the best way to fight this legislation? Mass protest maybe, to get international attention?

really we must give the important matters extra attention, the disaster occuring in palestine perhaps be the worst in the world .

the real responsibility about palestine mustnt be on palestinians only, because of two main reasons,

1- palestinains till now are -prisoned- people, cant have the real capability to withstand these hard conditions alone, just can reject any kind of occupation, and still patiance .

2- palestine is forced towards too hard positions with no effect works to stop israeli criticises, neither from Un, West, East, or Islamic and Arab world .

so that, there must be great islamic work to withstand these criticises, and i still concentrate on -islamic- cuz the west looking towards what happening for palestine with total silent and still supporting, and really palestine is amatter of every muslim responsibility .

i say for every muslim,

- you are responsible about what happening for your palestinian brothers, and about al-masjid al-aqsa al-mubarak, to make as much as you can to end this great disaster which the muslims of palestine still facing from 1917 till now!

if the 1.5 pillion ummah didnt took its responsibility for its mosque and sons, who will hold it then ??

the spoiled blood isnt for defending al-aqsa? why you are silent while looking for it spoiled in the ground? if he was your brother from parents will you still silent? what are the human rights? the islamic rights?

at last, muslims must know the wanted themselves withoutr such answers, go and read quraan to know what allah wants from you to do .

- Palestine is the islamic land located between the mideteranian sea and jordan river, no change between 48-parts or 67-parts

- Before exactly 85 years Britain ended its occupation for palestine and established israel after along stage of great british pressure on palestinians to opey -Balfour Decleration-, the result was the destruction of palestinian cities, villages, taking palestinain peoples out and replacing them with jews from different parts of the world, and the war aginst palestinian people still till now

- the palestinian people is apart of the islamic ummah from the Arabian peoples, and have there complete rights in living in there historical lands, preventing there holly places, and returning back there home land palestine .

- other religions lived in palestine with complete rights, and palestinians prevented there rights, churchs, ... etc


- the palestinain blood is not cheap, and the palestinian people rights arent aplay for some hands .

- the ocupation state of israel still continuing its war against the palestinian people in several forms, war against the palestinian existance, identity, land, ... etc, with no responsible strategic war

- the war against the palestinian choice in having islamic government is acrime, and all the world and especially the west must respect this choice, all these pressures -cutting economical support, aids, fuel, payments for several months, ... etc- to press the government in accepting israel and ending resistance is adirty policy against the palestinian natural rights of electing there government

- the west must end this war against palestine and other islamic parts soon, and there governments still holding the responsibility about there wars .

PS; why to be warned if showed acrime against an individual of my people? alot of uzbek sites have similar pictures for andijan, also if you couldnt look for apicture please ask your self what will be the sense of his family when get its son killed such way? and other hundereds and thousands of palestinian families who get there sons killed and prisoned.
