If you are in Europe, there are some great beache resorts as well.

Italy has great places like Island of Capri, Ischia Porto, Cagliari in Sardinia.

No visa is required to travel to Azerbaijan, afaIk, one does not even need an exit visa (OVIR) to go there.
I guess that is one of the very few good things we have.......
