I don't understand why the thread for off tops was closed? It could have been simply moved to "flame" section of this forum...?! And I don't understand why there is a need for a moderator for off tops? Can we have a place where we can post whatever we feel posting, within the rules, and not be chased by admins?

Unfortunately, it's impossible everywhere... Off top breaks the Rules. Off top borns flood. That's why off top must be controlled, moderated.
Even if there'll be a special board(thread) for off top, it must be moderated in order to avoid of misunderstandings...(imho)

The author of that Thread could open his thread in a Flame-Board. But he didn't... He knows Forum's Rules...
So, like Russians say: "Naglost na naglost!"

Asadbek oka, "Registered User" dip yozib qo'yilganini o'zgartirishim uchun sizzi qo'lizdan manga dostup berish keladimi? Kelsa bitta dostup bering man o'sha yozuvni o'zgartirmoqchimande.
