Outsourcing jobs to Uzbekistan

Today many US companies outsource jobs to developing or third world companies in order to reduce the costs. Can you think any example of services which could be outsourced to Uzbekistan? And if you had an offer from Uzbekistan based company to work as a customer service lets say for 2-3 per hour would you move to Uzbekistan?

I think this is very unlikely. There is very little foreign investment in Uzbekistan and the the government makes it difficult for foreign businesses to work there. Outsourcing is used in countries with highly educated populations like India. The labor is cheaper but the workforce is technically trained and highly educated. I can't think of any specific skills that foreign companies would get from Uzbekistan that would make it worth the struggle,
