Textile entrepreneur invited at PID 2007 in South Korea
CHENNAI: The 6th international textile exposition review in DAEGU 2007?
(PID 2007) has been organised by the Daegu Gyeongbuk Textile Industries Association from 14-16th March, 2007 at the Daegu exhibition and convention centre in Daegu, Tae Jin Kim, promotion team said here on August 23.
Tae Jin Kim further informed that the association is inviting major Indian textile manufacturers and buyers to the PID 2007 exhibition and convention.
The event is set to showcase latest trends in synthetics and smart fabrics by the international textile and fashion community and would turn as a forum for the Indian fabric manufacturers to look for opportunities for blending with Korean process technologies to be globally competitive.
However the event is seen as a mediator in textile promotion exchange between India and Korea as about 50 Indian exhibitors are expected to participate in the event.
Around 230 companies would showcase in 480 booths to over 13,600 visitors synthetic knit fabrics, functional fabrics and natural dyed well-being materials and would attract quality-based buyers from India, Taiwan and Turkey, along with important buyers from across the world.
