Salom,
Iltimos yordam berib yuborsangiz. Bir tanishimni onasi 4 yillik B1/B2 visa olgan edi, navaralarini ko'rib ketish uchun, 4 yil ichida har 6 oyda amerikaga kelganla, yani 4 yilni kamida 3 yili amerikada o'tgan. Visa 1 oydan keyin expire bo'ladi. Visani qanday qilib yengilasa bo'ladi. US embassy har 6 oy amerikada nima qilgansan deb savol so'rasa navaralarimga qaradim desala baribir ishonishmaydi. Lekin haqiqattan navaralariga qarashga kelganla. 1 oydan keyin ketsala qaytib kela olmaydila deb dugonam juda hafa bo'lyapti.

Nima qilsa bo'ladi?

there is really no way of changing B1/B2 visa to any other type of visa.
She will have to go and apply for a new visa,it will just be a visa refill, she will have no problems with getting a new visa.Fact that she has been coming back to Uzbekistan is a good indicator that she is not planning to immigrate.
There is only one viable solution. She will just have to suck it up and apply for a new visa.

I just wonder how they let her into the country every time she came back.
As long as she is not in violation of visa regulations, she shouldn't be afraid of anything. It's not such a good idea to change the passport and get a new one and then apply for the visa.
Why can't she just stay in the country?Since her kids are here, she may as well stay here for as long as she wants.
How old is she?Age is a good factor,if she's elderly, she should have no problems with obtaining a new visa.
Also, upon applying for a visa,US consulate checks the status of the person she is visiting. If she has a permanent resident status or illegal,it will be harder to get the visa. It's easier if her daughter or whoever it is she is visiting is a student.
There are tons of details that have to be taken into account and thought thoroughly.

Consult with good immigration lawyer....or call to immigration office to consult with them regarding the to hire babysitter for the children with very standing story/legend.
but, to do that family has to show to good income source to pay her wages and other charges, INS has good program but age limit is only early 20s.

so they may give some understanding, but that is not for sure anyway.
